Booking Conditions

The general terms and conditions for the hotel industry (AGBH 2006) apply, together with the following supplementary provisions for direct bookings with Pepi's Landhaus.

Booking & confirmation

Every booking is confirmed in writing by Pepi's Landhaus.

Cancellation policy

• Cancellation between 60 and 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total stay.
• Cancellation between 30 and 7 days before arrival: 70% of the total stay.
• Cancellation within 1 week of arrival or no-show: 100% of the total stay.

Prices & additional costs

Local tourist tax (€3.50 per person/night from age 16) and a one-off final cleaning fee (€120 per apartment) apply in addition to the room price.

Liability

Pepi's Landhaus is liable in accordance with §§ 970 ff. ABGB.
